The middle school years are an important season of growth and transition. Students are developing greater independence, taking on increased academic and personal responsibility, building deeper relationships, and beginning to think more intentionally about who they are and who God is calling them to become.
At Oasis Christian Academy, our Middle School program is designed to guide students through these formative years within a supportive, Christ-centered environment. Students are challenged academically while being encouraged to grow spiritually, socially, and personally as they prepare for the increased expectations of high school.
Biblical truth remains foundational throughout the middle school experience. Students are encouraged to deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ, develop a Biblical worldview, strengthen Christlike character, think critically, make wise decisions, and increasingly take ownership of their faith.
We recognize that parents continue to play an essential role during these years. OCA seeks to partner intentionally with families as students navigate the opportunities and challenges of adolescence, develop greater independence, and begin discovering how their God-given gifts, interests, and abilities may shape their future.

The Middle School Experience
Middle school students transition between multiple teachers and classes throughout the school day, helping them develop the organization, time-management, study, communication, and personal-responsibility skills necessary for success in high school.

In addition to core academic courses, students have opportunities to participate in enrichment courses and experiences that may include:
Digital Literacy
Theatre
Art
Physical Education

Students also have opportunities to grow beyond the classroom through athletics, student activities, field trips, service, leadership, and other age-appropriate experiences.
Throughout Middle School, our goal is to help students become increasingly confident and responsible learners who are prepared academically for high school, grounded in Biblical truth, growing in Christlike character, and beginning to understand how God may use their gifts and abilities for His purposes.

Oasis Christian Academy's Middle School serves students in grades 6–8.
