This is Ronda's first year teaching with us, but she has been a valued part of our OCA family for some time.  We are excited to have her teaching yearbook for us this year.  Her experience and love for the subject lends itself well to the class.   

 

Michael Ferguson (High School English)

This is Michael's first year teaching with us, and we are excited to have him with us here at OCA.  His love for teaching and for his students is evident in his enthusiastic classroom environment.

 

Mindy Gall (Intro to Health Careers/ Aide)

This is Mindy's first year on staff with us, and we are happy to have her with us.  This semester she is teaching our Intro. to Health Careers elective, which is a great fit as she has experience in the health field.  She is also aiding in our larger classrooms, which is a blessing for our teachers.    

Sharleen Giles (Home Ec)

Sharleen chose to begin her teaching career with Oasis Christian Academy, and we are proud that she has chosen us.  She a love and caring for her subject that the students respond to, and we are excited to have her as part of our elective program this year.

 

Jordan Harmon (High School Bible)

This is Jordan's first semester with us, and we are so happy to have him with us.  His experience as a youth pastor has proven invaluable as he also serves as our High School Bible teacher. 

 

 

Josh Hilton (High School Science)

Josh's Biology degree from South Florida provides our academic program extreme depth, most especially in our science department.  His enthusiasm translates to an "outside-the-box" approach to his classroom, giving our middle schoolers range and variety in their science education.  As our resident Mr. Science, he visits each elementary classroom with age-appropriate experiments designed to excite and inspire elementary students towards science.

 

Sarah Koehler (High School Math)

This is Sarah's 3rd year teaching with us, and we are so happy to have her with us.  Her teaching style is varied and her enthusiasm to help students understand the upper maths is more than valuable to us.  Her classroom is diverse and inviting. 

 

Chad Moore (High School History & PE/ Athletic Director)

Chad has taught at every level for us in his three years at OCA.  This year he is moving into our high school, and we are so excited to have him as part of that team.  His love for sports and genuine care for the students is evident in his classes.

Kim Rauck grew up on the mission field in Chilè helping her parents who were educators in a Bible College there. She teaches Spanish to our high school students and imbues them with the confidence to converse comfortably.  Kim also does our guitar electives teaching the fundamentals of music and guitar.

This is Beth's first year teaching with us, and we are excited to have her here at OCA.  Beth brings a variety of valuable experiences to us.  As a Wellness Coach since 2014, she is a perfect fit for the elective she teaches.  Her 20-year experience in graphic design as proven valuable time and again.
